Duplicate detection triggered in Outlook but with no suggested matching existing record

When saving (creation or update) a contact in MSOutlook, duplicate detection is correctly triggered and pops up a window messaging there are potential exising record with same information, but those records are not listed in the lower area.

Apart this issue, this solution seems to be the perfect alternative while waiting for MS to put this feature back.

I have the same issue in Web client too (not only in MS Outlook) and also with different entity (Account).
Anyway thank you for this solution!
